Details of CS Executive Program
The Company Secretary Executive Program is the second level of the Company Secretaryship course offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). It is designed for students who have completed the CS Foundation Program or its equivalent. Here are the details of the Program:
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible , a student must have completed the CS Foundation Program or have a relevant graduation degree.
2. Duration:
The CS Executive Program has a duration of approximately 9 months from the date of registration. It is conducted twice a year, with exams in June and December.
3. Curriculum:
The program comprises two modules:
Module I: Company Law, Cost and Management Accounting, Economic and Commercial Laws.
Module II: Tax Laws and Practice, Company Accounts and Auditing Practices, Capital Markets and Securities Laws.
4. Examinations:
The CS Executive Program exams consist of both OMR-based objective-type and subjectively evaluated papers.
Examinations are conducted in June and December.
5. Examination Schedule:
The CS Executive Program exams are usually held in June and December. Exact dates and schedules are provided by the ICSI.
6. Registration:
