- Examinations: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts a series of examinations, including the Common Written Examination (CWE). Probationary Officers (POs) and Clerks, as well as separate exams for Specialist Officers, Regional Rural Bank Officers, and Management Trainees can appear.
