What is NABARD?

NABARD Exam Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Degree in Agriculture, Economics, Environmental Science, or related fields is preferred for specialized streams.
- Postgraduates and professionals (MBA, CA, etc.) are also eligible for specific posts.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 30 years (with relaxation for reserved categories)
NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern
The selection process is held in three phases:
Phase 1: Preliminary Exam (Online Objective Test)
- Total Questions: 200
- Subjects include: Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development.
Phase 2: Mains Exam
- Paper 1: English Descriptive – Essay, Letter, Comprehension (100 marks)
- Paper 2: ESI & ARD (objective + descriptive) – 100 marks
Phase 3: Interview
- Candidates shortlisted after mains are called for a personal interview (50 marks).
